From the time my kids were young, I was always encouraging art and coloring. By the time they were getting more independent they would always make something hand drawn for Mother’s Day, and I often get home made cards, pictures, or bookmarks (my kids know I love reading 😉).
We are getting to that time of year in the United States where Mother’s Day is coming. As a mom, who draws cute little animals for a living, I love it when my kids make me pictures or try to draw something fun for me, but I even love it when they just make a simple foldable card. I love and save them because it is unique to them.
That is one of the best parts of being a mom is when your kids come up and say “Mom look what I made you!” So I created these simple coloring pages for kids to color and decorate. They are ready to print and decorate however the kids see fit and if you do use them I would really love to see and share the kids creations.
For the amazing mom in your life download these wonderful coloring pages and foldable card (they are all JPGs and 8.5×11 for easy printing at home) so you can color in and show mom how amazing you think she is this Mother’s Day.
I look forward do seeing all the wonderful work kids create, so if you do share on social use the hashtag FailingCreatively so that I can see all the colorful creations.
Thank you so much for joining me on my journey.
